Iowa Valley Community School District is excited to announce Little Tigers Childcare, a new school-run program offering high-quality care and enrichment for preschool through 6th-grade students. Starting Fall 2025, we will provide:
- All-day daycare for 3- and 4-year-olds
- Wraparound care for Iowa Valley Preschool students
- Before and after school care for students in grades K–6
- Summer care (more details coming Winter 2025)

Space is limited—secure your child’s place by completing the steps below no later than July 1st:

- DEPOSIT: To secure your spot for Fall 2025, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required. You can drop off your deposit at the elementary school. Your deposit will be deducted from your first bill.
Both steps must be completed by July 1st to guarantee a start on the first day of school (August 25th). Reservations submitted after July 1st will be placed on a waitlist, and an August 25th start cannot be guaranteed. Final registration paperwork will be sent in late July and must be completed before your child can begin care.

Payment: Due on the 1st of every month. Accepted via check, cash, or online through PaySchools
Meals & Snacks:
Snacks are included for children enrolled in daycare, wraparound care, and the after school program. Breakfast and lunch are not included in the program cost. Families are responsible for providing meals from home or paying for school-provided meals through their child’s PaySchools meal account.
A Few Highlights:
At Little Tigers Childcare, we foster creativity, independence, and social skills through play-based learning. Children engage in hands-on activities, exploring art, music, movement, dramatic play, and more. We encourage independence and self-confidence by promoting tasks like dressing and using the restroom independently. We also emphasize positive communication and problem-solving, following PBIS guidelines. We celebrate birthdays with snacks, toys, books, and special "All About Me" papers. Healthy meals and snacks are provided daily, and parents will receive a monthly newsletter detailing activities and learning experiences.
