Welcome to fifth grade. My name is Amy Jacobson. I have been teaching in the Iowa Valley School District for 20 years. All but one of those years have been in fifth grade. I am responsible for teaching reading, language, and social studies. In addition to my classroom duties, I also serve on the Positive Behavior Support Committee in the elementary building. I received my BA Degree from Buena Vista College in 1988 and my MA Degree from Coe College in 1999.
