Mrs. Deb Hinrichs - Home Page

Hi, I am Deb Hinrichs, born and raised right here in Marengo. I have taught fourth grade for over 30 years in the very same school that I attended and feel great pride in Iowa Valley and the Marengo community.

My goal is to help my students feel successful as they work their way through fourth grade by providing encouragement, strategies, and guidance.

To improve the students' level of responsibility, 4-6 grades have adopted a new standard policy for schoolwork as follows:
Assignments are due the day they are due.
Late assignments must be turned in the next day for reduced credit.
